Deal flow overview
1
Share or request a load

Supplier sends load details (category, est. MSRP, condition, photos) or buyer tells us what they’re looking for and budget per truckload.

2
Confirm terms & payment

We send written terms: price, location, incoterms, and payment method. Buyer pays Cascade Trading; we confirm with supplier.

3
Book freight & release load

We help coordinate logistics and timing. The shipment moves from supplier to buyer. Supplier is paid per the agreed structure.

We support freight — you control the shipment

Cascade Trading helps coordinate shipping options and timing, but buyers and suppliers always know who is responsible for what, in writing.

  • Freight coordination support — We can introduce carriers or work with your preferred trucking partner to set up pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Clear responsibility — Our terms explain who owns the load at each step, and where risk transfers (ex: FOB origin, FOB destination).
  • No surprise shipping mark-ups — If we help arrange freight, you’ll see freight as a separate line item.
  • Written documentation — Buyer agreements and supplier checklists are standardized so everyone knows the rules.

In every deal, we aim for one outcome: all parties would be comfortable doing the next deal together again.

Payment & freight snapshot Example flow

Below is a typical structure. Exact terms may vary by supplier and load.

Buyer → Cascade
Buyer pays Cascade Trading (load price + any agreed freight) per invoice terms.
Cascade → Supplier
Upon confirmation, Cascade releases payment to supplier and confirms pick-up with carrier.
Freight
We assist in booking freight and scheduling, but final legal responsibility is defined in writing.
Documentation
Buyer agreement, invoice, and terms spell out condition, claims, and expectations.
Questions

Frequently asked questions

A few quick answers. We’re happy to walk through details by phone or email for serious buyers and suppliers.

Who does Cascade Trading LLC work with?

We work with liquidation stores, bin stores, regional wholesalers, online resellers, exporters, and vetted retail / 3PL suppliers who want to move volume consistently.

Do you own the inventory?

No. We operate as a brokerage. Inventory remains with the supplier until it moves according to the agreed terms. Our role is to connect vetted buyers and suppliers and coordinate the deal.

Can you guarantee profit on a truckload?

No broker can responsibly guarantee your resale margins. We work to provide clear information (manifests, photos, pricing) so you can buy loads that fit your model and risk profile.

What’s the minimum I need to buy?

Most of our deals are full truckloads (FTL). In some cases, we may be able to offer smaller partials or pallet quantities depending on supplier constraints.

Can you help new buyers?

Yes—but we prefer to work with buyers who have at least some warehouse or store capacity. If you’re new, tell us honestly and we’ll start with conservative opportunities and clear education.

How do I get started as a supplier?

Contact us with basic details: category, average monthly volume, DC/warehouse locations, and any compliance or branding guidelines. We’ll then share a supplier intake form.
